Karting & racing suits
Two- and three-layer suits, CIK-FIA style cut, custom colour blocking.
Custom apparel for any sporting event — jerseys, racing suits, flags and everything in between. We're an independent design studio: we design your kit, then put your order to the factories best suited to build it.
If it's worn, raced in or waved at a sporting event, we can custom-make it. These are the six we build most — your sport doesn't have to be on the list.

Order a single suit for yourself or 200 for the club. No minimum quantity, no "come back when you have a bigger order".
A designer reads your idea and sends three different layouts within 24 hours. Two revision rounds included. You approve nothing you don't like.
Production starts the day you approve the artwork and takes 7–10 business days. DHL express delivers in 3–5 days after that.
Quotes, fabric choices and shipping costs are handled by one person over email — not by a form that spits out a number and disappears.
Six quick fields. No account, no obligation, no sales call. A designer reads every submission and replies by email.
Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
A confirmation is on its way. A designer will reply with three layouts within 24 hours.
Nothing after a day? Reply to that confirmation email and it gets bumped to the top.
That is a deliberate choice, and it changes what you get: the design serves you instead of a production line, and the production side competes for your order instead of taking it for granted.
We don't run a production line, so we have no quota to push and no standard pattern to reuse. Every kit starts from your sport, your colours and your artwork — with three concepts and two free revision rounds.
Production is placed with a network of vetted custom apparel factories in China. For every order, the factories qualified for your sport, fabric and quantity are asked to quote — you get a competitive price without shopping five suppliers yourself.
If a delivered product ever falls short of what was approved, our legal counsel in China can take the matter up with the manufacturer on your behalf — practical leverage no overseas buyer can arrange alone.
You never have to create an account, and there is no obligation at any point before you approve a final design.
Sport, quantity, deadline and anything you already have — a sketch, a logo, or a jersey you liked.
2 minutesThree layouts land in your inbox within 24 hours, with colour codes and a clear view of where every logo sits.
Within 24 hoursTwo revision rounds are free. Change colours, move panels, swap the font — then approve and get a final quote with shipping included.
1–3 daysProduction takes 7–10 business days. DHL delivers in another 3–5. You get a tracking number the day it leaves.
12–18 days totalFabric weight is measured in gsm — grams per square metre. Around 160 gsm is fan-jersey territory; 250 and up takes a season of ice and boards. We quote the weight your sport actually needs, not the one that's cheapest to ship.
Dense honeycomb knit that resists tearing and dries fast. Built for hockey, rugby and anything with body contact.
Silky double-knit face that takes fine sublimation detail. Our default for football, esports and running kit.
Thousands of micro-perforations move heat out without going see-through. Made for basketball and lacrosse.
Matte abrasion twill over four-way stretch panels with flatlock seams. The CIK-style racing suit build.
Then the finish — how the colour goes on
Dye is printed onto paper and bonded into the fabric under heat. The colour becomes part of the fibre.
Thread stitched through the fabric, or a cut patch sewn on. Gives a raised, physical crest. Numbers can be done as tackle twill — the sewn-on pro standard.
No — we are an independent design studio. Design is done in-house; production is placed with a network of vetted custom apparel factories in China. For each order we ask the factories suited to your sport, fabric and quantity to quote, and give you the best combination of price and capability. It also means nobody here benefits from pushing you towards a minimum order.
No minimum. One piece is fine — we print single garments digitally, so there is no setup cost to absorb. The per-piece price is naturally lower on larger runs, and shipping spreads further across a bigger box, which is where most of the difference comes from.
There is no fixed price list, because a racing suit and a basketball jersey are not the same product. Send the sport, the quantity and your deadline, and you get a written quote with shipping to your address included — usually within one working day.
The three initial layouts are free. Two revision rounds are free. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with production. Design files stay watermarked until the order is confirmed, and artwork rights transfer to you on payment.
Production is 7–10 business days from the moment you approve the artwork. DHL express adds 3–5 business days depending on the destination. Plan on 12–18 days end to end. If you have a fixed event date, say so in the form and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Yes. Upload a photo or the original artwork and we will match the colours and panel layout. If you only have a photo of the jersey, that is normally enough — we read the colour blocks and rebuild the pattern.
Every quote comes with a size chart for your region, and we will check your numbers before production starts. If a garment arrives and does not match the approved size chart, we remake it.
Anything that doesn't match the approved artwork or size chart is remade. Beyond that, production sits inside a written agreement with the manufacturer — and if a dispute can't be settled directly, our legal counsel in China can take it up with the factory on your behalf. You are not left trying to enforce an agreement from another continent.
Payment details are confirmed with your quote. We accept PayPal, and club or school orders can be invoiced. Production begins once the payment clears.
